We decided to employ our local dialect, patois of Aosta Valley, for our rooms names, as it is still spoken today in the whole Valpelline; four of the six rooms have been called after the seasons, very important for the family business, that was based on farming. The other two rooms have been named after the kitchen and the barn, which were the cornerstones of everyday family life.
